Hello, we are Alan and Gloria Ross, owners of Performance Flex Serve. We have been in the car washing business in Shreveport since 2001. As most are aware, every business needs to “change with the times.” Ours is no different. In today’s world, time is of the essence, and in order to meet the changing needs of our customers, we have recently undergone an extensive renovation to our wash. We have installed new state-of-the-art equipment that gives our Customers faster service with more options, all at affordable prices.

 

We listened to our customers’ wishes for convenience, competitive pricing, and efficiency, and we’ve responded with Performance Flex Serve – where YOU, the customer, have the "flexibility" to get what YOU want when YOU want it.

 

With all of the new commercial development on Youree Drive, we feel like Performance Flex Serve has made the necessary investment to improve services, offer the community something unique, and remain a competitive, viable entity in the Shreveport area. No other express wash in the Shreveport-Bossier area currently offers this level of high-tech express wash equipment along with optional Full Service treatment and Express Detail Services.
